We know you hate store salespeople that don’t know their stuff. Chances are, you've got a boat to catch, traffic to beat, and are just plain busy. Never fear. At Board Stiff Provincetown, we take your time seriously. Our salespeople are never pushy, and know our products inside and out. From our 400+ pairs of sunglasses right in the store, paddleboards, surfboards, to our apparel and footwear--we’ll get you looking right the first time.

 

That's great. How do I know you're not just selling me something I don't need? Or worse, that's some sort of cheap imitation?

You live for the outdoors. So do we and we really practice what we preach as we are active, just like you. We’re skaters, surfers, runners, crossfitters. We run the Provincetown 10K, are hand-down one of the biggest supporters of the local surfing culture, and always find time to go stand up paddleboarding down on the harbor.

As for the gear, Some places will sell you something less than perfect or a knock off, hoping you won't know the difference. Not here! Nobody likes the knock-offs and we won’t sell it to you.We’re a licensed distributor for every single brand we carry. Yeah, you heard us. Every brand. We know it inside and out, and from Quiksilver to Maui Jim,  we've got their stamp of approval to sell their products. We know you can tell the difference between a licensed product and something that's trying too hard to be something it's not. We're better than that, and so are you. We don't sell anything but name brand gear...end of story!

 Being located on Commercial Street in Provincetown, we know what it takes to get out in the morning and face the traffic...Or the snow. We’ve got the best of both worlds - gear for beaches and blizzards -  right here.  You tell us what you want, and we'll help you find it. It's that simple.

 

 I'm looking for sunglasses. What do you sell? How's your selection? Can I get prescription lenses? 

We’ve got sunglasses like you won’t believe. Over 400 pairs right in our store, as a matter of fact. (We welcome you to come count them!) We've been selling sunglasses since the 1980's, right here on Cape Cod. You won't find our level of expertise or variety of styles anywhere else in the area. We have the largest selection of Maui Jim, Costa Del Mar, and more. We carry opthalmic eyewear as well. Prescription sunglasses? Coming soon, and for cheaper than Lens Crafters.
